Our talent assessments are highly accurate and have been tested to ensure their results are consistent even when taken again. Our assessments can help reduce the complexity of testing candidates, minimizing the resources needed and providing powerful insights for organizations to make informed decisions.

Testing a candidate’s technical skills and aptitudes can help predict whether a candidate is capable of performing in a specific role. Our tests can evaluate numerous skills including general aptitudes, language, programming, software, or role-specific skills.

Testing an applicant’s skills and aptitudes will give you deeper insights into their actual ability and help your selection process. This will ultimately increase your recruitment team’s ability to compare candidates skills with real-time scoring and insights that go beyond what they see on resumes.

Assessments can be customized by adding any additional skill test from our library of tests. These can be a combination of aptitude, language, programming, software, or role-specific skills.

Each test will evaluate one skill, and you may use several. Each is about 10 minutes in duration. And can be customized to test for more skills which will affect the total time of an assessment.
