With Testlify, I am using my resources and time on pre-qualified candidates. It’s been a game-changer!
What do you like best about Testlify?
Creating a test on the platform is simple and provides in depth evaluation of the candidates. The users interface is engaging. A speedy screening and shortlisting allowed us to instantly schedule with the only right candidates. For a recent hiding we tested the language skills and ability since it was an international hiring. The language assessment helped us take unbiased decision and helped the client understand the candidate language skills.
What do you dislike about Testlify?
There is one thing I have been always facing difficulty is Filters. The platform filters can be better that will helped us efficiently read and analyze the assessments reported and results. that area they can effectively work on.
What problems is Testlify solving and how is that benefiting you?
Testlify is quite helpful in validating the candidate expertise and skills. It provides an good overview other than his resume or certifications. I love the ideas how simple the platform is made. Much appreciate their constant improvement on theirs websites
