- We’re looking for original, well-researched, and thought-provoking content. Please ensure your content is plagiarism-free.
- Your content should be relevant to our audience of HR professionals, talent managers, and enthusiasts in the field.
- Submit articles as Google documents for easy feedback.
- Articles must be 1200-1500 words long to ensure depth and quality.
- Use proper titles, H1, and H2 tags as required for clear organization with all headings in sentence case
- Include one external link in the article where relevant.
What would we not like?
- Ensure that the content provides value beyond promotion, focusing on educating and informing the audience.
- Submit only content that has not been published elsewhere, maintaining the uniqueness of the material. Avoid any form of plagiarism or copying from other sources.
- Provide accurate and reliable information without fabricating data or presenting false information.
- Properly acknowledge and cite external sources for any information, data, or quotes used in the article.
- Our audience consists of HR professionals, talent managers, and enthusiasts. Avoid content that is too technical or too basic for the target audience.
- Respect ethical considerations in talent assessment and HR. Do not promote or endorse practices that are unethical or go against industry standards.
