Adobe Photoshop Test
Description
Raster graphics editor Adobe Photoshop was created and distributed by Adobe Inc. The programme has long since established itself as the industry standard for both raster graphics editing and digital art. Photoshop features masks, alpha compositing, and numerous colour models, including RGB, spot colour, and duotone, and it can edit and composite raster pictures on several layers. To accommodate these functionalities, Photoshop employs its own PSD and PSB file formats. Photoshop has limited capabilities to edit or render text, vector graphics, 3D graphics, and video in addition to raster images. Plug-ins, applications created and released separately from Photoshop that operate inside of it and provide new or improved functionality, can expand its feature set.

The test is created by a subject-matter expert
Testlify’s skill tests are designed by experienced SMEs (subject matter experts). We evaluate these experts based on specific metrics such as expertise, capability, and their market reputation. Prior to being published, each skill test is peer-reviewed by other experts and then calibrated based on insights derived from a significant number of test-takers who are well-versed in that skill area. Our inherent feedback systems and built-in algorithms enable our SMEs to refine our tests continually.

With Testlify, we were able to optimize our initial screening process by upwards of 75%. We saved a tremendous amount of time for our hiring team and managerial team. Before we were wasting a lot of time (and money) by talking with all candidates.
