Content Associate

We are hiring for a full-time Content Associate role. The opportunity will be suitable for technical and Non-technical people looking to learn managerial skills. We expect the candidates to have some form of experience in leading teams.

Skills:

• Able to communicate and coordinate with internal and external teams.
• Manage a pool of Subject Matter Experts and resolve their doubts, offer feedback, and build team morale.
• Coordinate with other groups and proactively manage communication and deadlines.
• Contribute to new strategies to help the team.

Responsibilities would include:

• Researching and understanding various themes to create question banks.
• Analyzing the content requirements.
• Hiring Subject Matter Experts with different skills.
• Eliminating redundancies in the content.
