Frequently asked questions (FAQs)

Divide satisfied hiring managers (rated “Meets” or “Exceeds” expectations) by total hiring managers, multiply by 100 for the satisfaction rate.

Candidate satisfaction = (Number of satisfied candidates ÷ Total candidates surveyed) × 100. Measures how positive candidates feel about the hiring process.

Track metrics like time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance rate, and hiring manager satisfaction to assess overall recruitment success.

TAT (Turnaround Time) = Date of offer acceptance – Date the job requisition was opened. Shows the total time taken to fill a role.
