At Testlify, we are committed to providing a high-quality hiring assessment platform. If you are ever dissatisfied with our services, we’ll do our best to resolve your concerns. Below are our refund and payment terms to ensure clarity for all users.
1. Refund policy
30-Day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions, excluding lifetime subscriptions and integration add-ons. We want you to love Testlify! But if you feel it’s not right for you, let us know within the first 30 days. We’ll process your refund, minus a 10% handling fee and the cost of any credits you’ve used. This helps keep things fair and transparent for everyone.Refunds will be credited to your original mode of payment within 3-7 days of payment.
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your initial purchase.
- Refunds do not apply to renewal payments. We encourage you to review your subscription before your renewal date.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact our support team at [email protected] with your account details and the reason for the request. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days if eligible.
Non-refundable payment
The following payments are strictly non-refundable: lifetime subscriptions, integration add-ons, and renewal payments (whether monthly or annual). Additionally, once credits are used, they cannot be refunded as they are deducted when a candidate’s status changes to “Enrolled.” Extra credits used beyond the available balance are also non-refundable.
2. Cancellation policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time for any reason.
- Monthly and annual plans: Once canceled, your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
- Free trial users: If you do not wish to continue, cancel your subscription before the trial ends to avoid charges.
3. Fees and payment terms
Payment obligations
- All fees are payable in advance, either annually or monthly, depending on your subscription plan.
- Payments must be made via credit card or invoice as agreed upon in the Order Form or on our website.
- All payments are non-cancelable and non-refundable, except as outlined in the 30-day money-back guarantee.
Credit usage
- Once used, credits are non-refundable and deducted when a candidate’s status changes to “Enrolled.”
Billing information
- Customers must provide accurate billing details and update payment information as needed.
- By submitting your payment details, you authorize Testlify to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.
- If incorrect information is provided, Testlify may adjust your subscription plan and charge additional fees accordingly.
Taxes and additional charges
- Testlify’s fees do not include taxes, duties, or transaction costs.
- If applicable taxes are due and Testlify is required to pay them, we will invoice you accordingly, including any penalties or interest.
Late Payments and consequences
If a payment is missed:
- A 1.5% interest charge per month may apply to overdue amounts.
- If a payment is overdue by more than 30 days, Testlify may suspend service access until the payment is received.
- Customers must dispute any invoice within 10 days of the invoice date; otherwise, it will be considered accepted.
Annual price adjustments
- Testlify may increase subscription fees annually with 30 days’ notice.
- If you disagree, you may terminate your subscription before the new fees take effect. Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
