Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM is a complete cloud HR suite that connects core HR, talent management, workforce management, and payroll on a single data model. With Testlify, recruiters can add skills assessments to candidate workflows managed in Oracle Recruiting and automatically invite candidates to complete assessments as they move through defined hiring stages.

Once a candidate completes an assessment, Testlify makes the candidate's score, grading band, assessment details, and a PDF results link available back in Oracle HCM. This helps recruiting teams review assessment outcomes alongside the candidate's existing profile without manually transferring results between systems.
