Creating a test on the platform is simple and provides in depth evaluation of the candidates. The users interface is engaging. A speedy screening and shortlisting allowed us to instantly schedule with the only right candidates. For a recent hiding we tested the language skills and ability since it was an international hiring. The language assessment helped us take unbiased decision and helped the client understand the candidate language skills.

What do you dislike about Testlify?

There is one thing I have been always facing difficulty is Filters. The platform filters can be better that will helped us efficiently read and analyze the assessments reported and results. that area they can effectively work on.

Testlify is quite helpful in validating the candidate expertise and skills. It provides an good overview other than his resume or certifications. I love the ideas how simple the platform is made. Much appreciate their constant improvement on theirs websites

The website loads quickly but no other benefits. Customer support was horrible. Data is just FALSE. Basically a huge waste of time and gateway to being sued.

Literally everything. This product claims to deliver real results but is based off of grossly stereotypical models that have zero foundation in real science. This is literally fraud what you sell your customers.

Don’t waste your time with this unethical company and just talk to your candidates.

It was short and relatively easy to complete

What do you dislike about The Predictive Index?

It looks like a Facebook quiz, and collects very little information about you. The results feel very artificially inflated, and require you to wholly buy in to the idea that these people know what they’re doing to be taken seriously. I don’t even like MBTI, but I feel like you would get better results from taking a free Meyers-Briggs test from the first site you Googled, to say nothing of the myriad of other well documented personality assessments. As well, some users have had issues with the site not allowing them to move on to the second page of the assessment. The idea that my company paid for this service leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Recommendations to others considering The Predictive Index:

Go with another option if you can. This reeks of being a fad among companies that are already successful, and could easily attribute any benefit supposedly derived from this product to a number of other factors.
