Hooks are the new feature introduced in the React 16.8 version. It allows you to use state and other React features without writing a class. Hooks are the functions that “hook into” React state and lifecycle features from function components. It does not work inside classes. Hooks are backward-compatible, which means it does not contain any breaking changes. Also, it does not replace your knowledge of React concepts. The React Hooks test looks at the candidate’s understanding and abilities in Functional Programming, React Lifecycle, State Management, and Global Data Stores in React-based Codebase. This exam measures an individual’s ability to put in place best practices in React and its Hooks. These individuals can assist you to develop a large-scale and well-maintained React codebase with a well-optimized product lifecycle and its local and global states.
Testlify’s skill tests are designed by experienced SMEs (subject matter experts). We evaluate these experts based on specific metrics such as expertise, capability, and their market reputation. Prior to being published, each skill test is peer-reviewed by other experts and then calibrated based on insights derived from a significant number of test-takers who are well-versed in that skill area. Our inherent feedback systems and built-in algorithms enable our SMEs to refine our tests continually.
