  3. Federal employers with more than 150 employees.
  4. Joint venture partners with more than 50 employees and a contract or subcontract of $50,000 or more.

These employers are required to submit the EEO-1 survey annually, typically by September 30th, as part of their compliance with federal equal employment opportunity laws.
