Oracle Taleo is an enterprise recruiting platform that helps teams manage candidates throughout the hiring process. With Testlify, recruiters can add skills assessments to their Taleo workflow and automatically invite candidates to complete assessments as they progress through defined hiring stages. Once a candidate completes an assessment, Testlify makes the candidate’s score, grading band, assessment details, and a PDF results link available in Oracle Taleo. This helps recruiters review assessment outcomes alongside the candidate’s existing information without manually transferring results.
