Testlify + Rena Integration

Rena is a recruiting tool that helps teams organize candidates and move them through the stages of a hiring process. Used together with Testlify, it gains skills assessments and structured interviews, letting recruiters screen applicants on demonstrated ability and send assessment invites while staying within their usual candidate-management flow.

After connecting the two once, they keep candidates aligned on their own. Testlify invites, completion status, and scores are written back to the corresponding Rena records, so hiring teams see evaluation results beside every other detail. Rather than tracking outcomes by hand, they advance candidates on clear, comparable evidence.
