Testlify Makes Strong Debut at SHRM Talent 2026 as Part of SHRM Labs Workplace Tech Accelerator

Selected from 400 applicants for the 2026 cohort, Testlify connected with more than 100 HR and talent acquisition leaders at the conference, capturing 50.7% of leads generated at the SHRM Labs booth.

Over the course of the conference, Testlify engaged more than 100 HR professionals and talent acquisition leaders, accounting for 50.7% of all leads generated at the SHRM Labs booth across the cohort.

SHRM runs the WorkplaceTech Accelerator through its innovation arm, SHRM Labs, to identify and support emerging technologies shaping the future of work. The program curates companies across hiring, workforce management, employee experience, and talent development.

At the event, Testlify demonstrated how organizations can streamline candidate screening and improve hiring quality through structured skill assessments, role-specific testing, and AI-powered evaluation workflows for both technical and non-technical roles.
