Lead QA Engineer (Automation in Cypress)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the QA team in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using Cypress.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and define test strategies.
• Perform code reviews and provide mentorship to junior QA engineers.
• Conduct regular quality assurance audits and implement improvements.
• Ensure timely and effective communication of test results and quality metrics.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in test automation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
• Expertise in automation testing using Cypress.
• Strong understanding of software development and QA processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
