Escrow Officer job description template

An escrow officer job description sets the standard for one of the most trusted roles in a property sale. Escrow officers hold buyer and seller funds, manage closing documents and keep every deadline on track. A vague posting attracts the wrong applicants and slows your hiring. This template gives TA leaders, recruiters and HR teams a clear starting point. It covers the job summary, daily duties, requirements and benefits. Edit each section to match your state licensing rules, your title software and your team structure. Then post it with confidence and screen applicants against the skills the role truly needs.
