We are searching for a highly-creative digital marketing manager to lead our marketing team. You will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing department, including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
- Developing and monitoring campaign budgets.
- Planning and managing our social media platforms.
- Preparing accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
- Coordinating with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
- Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
- Working with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Overseeing and managing all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
- Plan, track, and oversee marketing activities.
- Management and coordination of in-house design team and contractors.
- Email marketing activities, including email campaigns, lead nurturing, drip campaigns, etc., using HubSpot.
- Lead generation for the sales team and ensure maximum conversions.
- Management of online marketing activities, including development/optimization of PPC, landing pages, Social media, webinars, surveys, and re-marketing campaigns.
- Management and maintenance of in-house mailing and suppression lists, including importing data into CRM, updates, and hygiene within the system.
- Generation of routine site analytics reports, analyzing site traffic data, and providing improvement
recommendations to management. - Identification and management of new online initiatives supporting social media tie-ins.
- Motivation to learn and keep up-to-date with the latest industry best practices, online B2B marketing trends, etc.
- Execution of PR activities, podcasts, and online events.
- Maintaining the engagement in the community run by Testlify.
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics, delivering results per the reporting schedule.
- Coordination with the content team in strategizing the content for more traffic and conversions.
- Understanding and operating marketing tools and automation.
- Planning and execution of backlinking activities
- Source promotional and advertising materials, obtain competitive pricing.
- Creation and presentation of research and reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- A solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
